What if my artwork isn’t print-ready?
Artwork should be supplied as a 300dpi transparent PNG at the correct size.
If your file requires adjustments, a £15 artwork setup fee will apply before printing.
What is your 50 wash guarantee?
Our custom t-shirts are printed using premium UK-manufactured inks and professional DTF processes, designed to last up to 50 washes when cared for correctly. If a fault occurs within this period, we’ll offer a replacement (see full details below).
How do I care for my t-shirt?
To keep your print looking its best: • Wash inside out at 30°C • Do not use fabric conditioner • Do not tumble dry • Do not iron directly on the print
What happens if my print fades or cracks?
If your print shows a genuine fault within 50 washes: • Contact us with photos • We’ll review and confirm
If approved, we’ll provide one replacement item (£3.99 postage applies)
